Lera Bolkonska is a London-based Artist and Illustrator from Ukraine, whose work embraces imperfection and spontaneity to convey the emotional truth of a moment. She is an alumna of the Graduate Diploma Illustration course at Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London.

Working primarily with traditional media such as watercolour, ink, pastels, ceramics, and stop-motion animation.

Deeply interested in human psychology, Lera explores the quiet poetry of daily life, where humour, melancholy, and empathy intersect. Her work resists social pressure and normative expectations, celebrating individual expression and nonconformity.
